Route a Jefferson Parish request by the kind of record needed:

- Your Louisiana rap sheet: follow the Louisiana State Police BCII-LCJIS Right to Review process
- JPSO arrest, booking, and jail records: contact JPSO Central Records or the Jefferson Parish Correctional Center, as appropriate
- Authorized official checks: use the purpose-specific Louisiana State Police BCII-LCJIS channel
- Police reports and incident records: contact the agency that wrote the report
- Expungement: obtain the correct packet and file with the court that handled the case

For 24th JDC criminal files, contact the Jefferson Parish Clerk of Court, 200 Derbigny Street, Gretna, LA 70053, at 504-364-2900. Public clerk research is available weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. A Kenner, Gretna, or Harahan police report remains with the police department that created it rather than automatically moving to JPSO Central Records.
